3.Создание оптимальных инвестиционных портфелей для каждого типа инвесторов

Согласно рисунку 13, существует множество оптимальных портфелей. Но нужно четко понимать, который из них будет являться оптимальным для определенного типа инвесторов.



На основе этого строятся кривые безразличия для каждого инвестора на основе «полезности» портфеля. Это делается для того, чтобы подобрать оптимальный портфель для умеренного, консервативного или агрессивного инвестора. Построения кривых безразличия и эффективных границ портфеля представлены на рисунках 9, 10, 11 и 12.

The introduction of the final qualifying work reveals the relevance of the chosen topic, describes the goals and objectives of the work.

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the current trends in crime in Russia and the recent reforms of law enforcement agencies.

The object of the study is the crime of the Russian Federation.

The purpose of the study is to identify the trends and determinants of Russia's crime and to propose recommendations for improving law enforcement.

The objectives of the study were as follows:

1) determine current trends in crime in Russia;

2) determine the determinant of crime;

3) give a criminological description of the criminal's personality;

4) identify the characteristics of Western experience in the direction of crime prevention;

5) to propose recommendations for the improvement of law enforcement agencies in combating crime;

Give a forecast of crime for the short, medium and long term.

The practical importance of the work is conditioned by the development of recommendations that can be used by public authorities in developing projects for reforming the activities of law enforcement agencies.

Analysis of the dynamics of crime, conducted in the first chapter of the work, showed that, in general, crime for 2010-2015. Tends to decrease. The economic situation of Russia on the external arena has caused fluctuations in the country's economy, which, as a result, has increased the crime rates across the country. During 2010-2016 the number of crimes committed by persons in a state of intoxication increased 1.5 times. The crimes committed in the state of narcotic intoxication are also subject to growth.

In the second chapter, the analysis of foreign experience in combating crime was carried out, directions for improving law enforcement agencies in crime prevention and a forecast for the development of crime in Russia were suggested. Thus, it was suggested that one of the directions of reforming law enforcement bodies should be the active use of public organizations for the prevention of crime. It also seems advisable to reform the functional of officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in this area.

In conclusion, the main conclusions on the final qualification work were made.

The volume of the final qualifying work is 42 pages. The illustrative material includes 14 figures. The list of sources used is presented by 47 item.

Все зависит от того какой уровень полезности предпочитает каждый тип инвесторов, в данном случае  консервативный инвестор сводит свою полезность к минимуму, а точка К отражает максимальную возможную для него выгоду. Как видно из рисунков, наиболее диверсифицированным портфелем является портфель акций у консервативного и умеренного инвесторов. Агрессивный же инвестор, являясь наиболее эгоистичным, вкладывает средства только в те ценные бумаги, которые приносят максимально возможный доход и максимальную полезность для него.
