MODERN MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES IN THE SERVICE 

INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM 

The article deals with a variety of media technologies used in Russia banned terrorist organization 

"Islamic  State."  The  reasons  of  the  popularity  and  rapid  increase  of  the  supporters  of  this  organization. 
Proper  use  of  terrorist  information  and  communication  technologies  make  it  possible  to  conclude  that  the 
modern  international  terrorism  has  managed  to  transform  itself  and  represents  a  fundamentally  different 
level of threat to modern society.
