Now in the age of information technologies it is impossible to ignore the problem of introducing these very technologies into the learning process, and what technologies can be introduced and will have the proper effect. Now all over the world are trying to use the Internet in training, which has led to the creation of a new way of learning, which has been called remote.

This way is to use the Internet and to communicate online students with the teacher or the presence of those who cannot come to the educational institution on their own to be present in the class. The inclusion of distance education in the educational process of the school has different prerequisites than in the adult education system. As a rule, students of an educational institution are concentrated in a compact area of residence near the educational institution and geographical separation, and distance is no longer a factor affecting the efficiency of the educational process. Distance learning can be successfully introduced into educational institutions of a special type for children with disabilities. Even with the compact residence of children with disabilities, many of them are either unable or very limited to attend an educational institution. Home learning makes them disconnected from the world of communication with peers and limits educational opportunities to personal communication with a teacher. Elements of remote technologies, such as joint collective learning using network technologies, teleconferences, audio chats, will significantly expand the range of communication and opportunities for students to receive more complete education. That is, with the help of Remote Education it is possible to solve the problem of home education or education of people with disabilities, which will allow to show both them and other pupils that they are all equal and people with disabilities can also be taught on an equal basis with healthy children. That is, the introduction of distance education into educational institutions can solve many social as well as ethical problems. The distance education system introduced within a given educational institution could also enhance the opportunities for students to communicate with each other and become the basis for cooperation and collaboration and learning, providing an opportunity to exchange views not only on educational issues. In addition, it should be noted that as a result of the inclusion of students in the open educational process using remote educational technologies, they develop skills in working with information technologies for continuing education through distance education throughout their lives.

Conclusion

Assessing the above, it can be said that with the introduction of distance education many problems of both social and actual education are immediately solved. That is, it turns out that remote education is a lot functional it helps both people with disabilities and those who have left the educational process for a short period of time not to lose the necessary knowledge, time and extra money for tutors.
