What is a manager? Everyone is asking this question. Someone will reveal this term using a scientific method, and someone will say in simple words that this is a manager. Any of us can become a manager, but not everyone can have all the good qualities for an ideal manager.

Manager - a person who plans the organization, motivation and control of production for the fastest possible achievement of goals. In my opinion, the most important qualities that a manager should have and which he should develop in himself are the following: a manager must be a leader, A manager must be a leader, an optimist, a manager must love people. The best managers take care of their people. The manager must be bold. The manager is open-minded.

If you have all these qualities, then you will make a very good, outgoing manager.
