The aim of this diploma project is to increase the exploitation tional reliability of highly accelerated cylinder liners of diesel engines.

It was produced by improved methods of calculation de-stress state thermodynamically cylinder liners, the methods of investigation of dynamic stress and fatigue strength on the detailed working of combined engines, as well as low-waste technological methods to improve reliability and improve the strength criteria for evaluating research.

Feasibility description: defined labor-bone, and planned cost, received technical and economic indicators are of scientific and technological impact the effectiveness of research.

This system was reviewed by the safety and security of life, as well as the work of a possible emergency situations
