I live in the neighborhood near the city center. It is a big residential area with well-developed infrastructure. In my neighbourhood there is everything you may need ranging from shops and supermarkets to hairdressing salons and banks.
There are 2 schools and a gymnasium with a stadium and a sportsground in front of each of them. So if you fancy doing sport, jogging or exercising there is a place for you to do it. Apart from the stadiums and the sportsgrounds there is a gym.
There is a market not far from my apartment building. It takes me just a few minutes to reach it. There are all kinds of goods there. You can buy whatever you need: dairy products, vegetables, fruit, electricals, sanitaryware items, bedding and clothes.
If you don't feel like cooking there are restaurants and a few cafes nearby. You can either grab a bite to eat in small cosy cafes or enjoy dinner together with your family in one of the restaurants. There is a post office in my neighbourhood, it is just a five minute walk from my house. Children who don't go to kindergartens can enjoy playing with other kids on playgrounds in front of their apartment buildings.
But all those different kinds of shops, schools and kindergartens, cafes and restaurants, banks and other facilities are nothing compared to the main advantage of our neighbourhood - it is located in a picturesque area of your city, because there is a forest right after the last row of apartment buildings. And of course you can take a walk through the forest either alone or in the company of your friends or a pet.
I like my area very much.
