Objective prerequisites for interaction, for example, public policing stations with ATS are laid down in a common goal, which is to strive to get the maximum effect in the fight against law violations. The main forms of interaction between the police units and public law enforcement associations are: joint analysis of the state of public order; planning joint activities on crime prevention; instructing and training members of public associations in the forms and methods of law enforcement work;

ensuring public order in the administrative districts together with the district police officers; prevention of juvenile delinquency together with inspectors of juvenile affairs units; joint patrol with patrol patrols. The interaction of people's guards with law enforcement agencies is carried out in the following areas:

-joint analysis of the state of public order, mutual exchange of information;

-joint planning and implementation of certain measures to ensure the protection of public order, to prevent and suppress offenses;

-joint patrol;

-instructing and training vigilantes;

-provision of retainers with methodical assistance in planning and accounting for their work.

The intensification of activities for the implementation of political, economic, social and other reforms in the Russian Federation is associated with the presence of a certain criminal situation in the country. All this can not be reflected in the level of offenses among all categories of citizens. The statistics clearly demonstrate the growth in a number of indicators of the number of unlawful acts and the need to intensify the work of police units to prevent and combat offenses.

-The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, as a priority in the activities of its system, points to various areas of work, including such as:

-improvement of the management system of the Ministry of Interior of Russia;

-prevention and suppression of acts of terrorism, blocking the channels of financing of terrorist organizations, organized crime, corruption;

-recreation of the system of general and individual prevention of offenses;

-improving migration control and curbing illegal migration;

-improving the system of responding to citizens' appeals and enhancing the feedback from applicants.

All these areas of work are most directly related to the service activities of district police officers, who have always been and are at the forefront of the fight against crime. An effective and powerful crime barrier is impossible without activating the operational and service activities of the district police officers in the assigned administrative areas.In addition, the most important issues in this work are also: the formation in the administrative districts, operational facilities of public assets that can actually assist in maintaining law and order in the place of residence and work of citizens; the development and implementation of regional programs to improve the activities of district police officers; ensuring that it creates the necessary conditions for working with the population, the formation of an asset to the public, and normal conditions for living on a serviced site; (4) provision of communications equipment, computer equipment with search databases and much more.
