Abstract
The research is devoted to the formation of the author's comprehensive concept of artificial intelligence (AI). The work analyzed the works of Russian authors studying the essence of artificial intelligence in conjunction with law. Based on this, the signs of such technologies were identified and the author's definition of the term "artificial intelligence" was formed.
AI signs can be: 1) an intelligent system with a knowledge base, a problem solver, a comfortable interface; 2) the ability to perceive information, transmit it, exchange data; 3) the ability to analyze, independently search for information, integrate knowledge, and make decisions based on the studied data and accumulated experience; 4) ability to learn based on acquired experience; 5) reflection - the ability to evaluate one's knowledge and actions; 6) the ability to adapt to the external environment; 7) the ability to imitate human cognitive functions; 8) a certain degree of autonomous work without human participation and the presence of minimal support from others.
AI is understood as an intelligent system that has a certain degree of autonomy of work without human participation and its own structure (knowledge base, problem solver, comfortable interface), capable of reproducing human cognitive functions (independent learning, adaptation to the external environment, analysis, information retrieval, knowledge integration , making decisions, reflection on the basis of the studied data and accumulated experience), as well as, which independently perceives, transmits and exchanges data with other subjects of the environment.
