1. PURPOSE

The purpose of the development of this methodology is to define unified requirements for the procedure for filling out the forms of the executive documentation for the installation of reservoirs provided for by regulatory documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the unified procedure for issuing and verifying executory documentation by all interested parties.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This methodology applies to the execution documentation for the installation of the reservoirs of the UzGTL-KNA project -VES-12-Xxx-O-xxx and establishes the requirements for the procedure for issuing the executive documentation for the installation of reservoirs during construction.

This method is the guiding document for the mandatory application by specialists of contractor and subcontractor organizations carrying out the construction of Unit 40,71,72,76,77,83,84,87, representatives of the technical supervision of the Owner, who supervises the construction and installation works, representative’s supervision, experts of other organizations acting on behalf of the Owner.

If the reference document is canceled (replaced by another one), then using the current instruction should be guided by the latest version of the new document. If the reference document is canceled without replacement, the provision referring to it is applied in a part that does not affect the construction legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. SYMBOLS AND ABBREVIATIONS

Further, in the text of this Methodology, the following definitions should be understood in the following transcription:

RUz	-	The Republic of Uzbekistan;
Owner	-	ООО «Uzbekistan GTL»;
Authorized representative Of the Customer	-	a person (organization or subdivision) documental authorized by the Customer to perform the functions of construction control (technical supervision) at the Site;
Designer	-	the organization carrying out, according to the technical task of the Owner, the development of design documentation for construction and architectural supervision of construction;
Executor of work	-	the enterprise or its separate structural unit performing welding-assembly and / or painting works on the Site;
Object	-	Tanks vertical cylindrical steel project "UZGTL", located at the stage of new construction;
Norms	-	approving provisions in the existing normative documents, applicable for the construction of the facility;
Service quality control	-	service providing non-destructive testing of finished welded joints with the issuance of documentary control results. It can be either a structural unit of the Contractor of works or a separate independent enterprise;
As built documentation	-	forms of executive and technical documentation, of which is formed, including. acceptance documentation;
Permit documentation	-	documentation confirming the Contractor's right to perform works on the Facility;
Acceptance documentation	-	documentation, subject to transfer to the Customer upon completion of the construction of the Facility;

5. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

The order and sequence of the design of the as built documentation should be in accordance with the technology of construction and installation works.

Forms of documents that are not included in this Methodology, but which require registration, must be coordinated with the specialists of the Project Directorate and the authorized representatives of the Customer in the area of ​​specialization (welding, mechanic and assembly works, НРК и т.п.).

If there is any disagreement on the correctness of filling out the as built documentation, it is necessary to apply for clarification to the Owner.

6. AREA OF LIABILITY

1. 
   The contractor is responsible for the timely and high-quality design of the as built documentation for the completed construction and installation work. The Contractor is responsible for the transfer to the Owner of a set of acceptance documents for the constructed facility.
   
2. 
   Author's supervision of the Designer verifies the correctness of entering information in the as built documentation for compliance with the current project documentation, including approvals issued in the course of production.
   

The authorized representative of the Owner checks the design of the as built documentation for:

• 
  correctness of the design and/or technical data;
  
• 
  availability of the necessary cover documentation attached to the as built documentation;
  
• 
  conformity of as built documentation forms to the requirements construction of standards, regulations and acts on the territory of Uzbekistan;
  
• 
  • the correspondence of information in English to the Russian version of the text.
  

6. COMPOSITION OF as built documentation
