Пояснительная записка к выполнению домашней контрольной работы по иностранному языку (английский) для обучающихся по специальности23.02.04 Назначение работы: определить уровень владения коммуникационными умениями на английском языке в лексике и грамматике по основным темам.Содержание работы: домашняя контрольная работа составлена в соответствии с требованиями, предъявляемыми к уровню подготовки по английскому языку обучающихся заочного отделения учреждения среднего профессионального образования. Структура работы: контрольная работа состоит из трех заданий, которые проверяют уровень владения лексико-грамматическими навыками, навыками оформления простейшей документации на английском языке, знание профессиональной лексики, способов словообразования:

Порядок выбора варианта контрольной работы следует строго соблюдать. Замена студентами варианта контрольной работы не допускается.При выполнении домашней контрольной работы студент должен соблюдать следую­щие требования:- к выполнению контрольной работы следует приступать лишь после того, как весь учебный материал задания будет тщательно и глубоко изучен;- контрольная работа представляется в сроки, указанные в учебном графике;- объем контрольной работы не должен превышать одной учебной тетради (12 листов). Работа должны быть выполнена аккуратно, с соблюдением правил орфографического режима и правильно оформлена. Образец титульного листа выдается на заочном отделении. Обратите внимание на правильное название дисциплины (по учебному плану). Содержание работы указывать не обязательно. В конце работы не­обходимо указать список учебной литературы, используемой при написании данной кон­трольной работы (в том числе электронные ресурсы), фамилию автора, название книги и год издания. Работу необходимо подписать и поставить дату ее выполнения;

- вопросы контрольной работы необходимо переписывать полностью. Ответы на во­просы должны быть полными и ясными. На каждой странице необходимо оставлять поля для замечаний преподавателя;- при получении проверенной работы студент должен внимательно прочитать замеча­ния преподавателя, выполнить все его рекомендации и советы по устранению недоработок и ошибок. Рецензирование контрольных работ имеет целью дать студенту правильную на­правленность в самостоятельной работе над учебным материалом, проверить качество рабо­ты студента по данному предмету и умение применять теоретические знания при решении практических вопросов, отметить положительные стороны в его работе, указать на имею­щиеся ошибки, рекомендовать пути их исправления;- контрольная работа, в которой студентом не раскрыто основное содержание вопросов задания или в которой имеются грубые ошибки в освещении вопроса, не зачитывается и воз­вращается студенту с подробной рецензией для дальнейшей работы над учебным материа­лом, обеспечивающей успешное ее выполнение. Если работа выполнена неудовлетворитель­но, то необходимо выполнить ее вторично (тот же вариант или новый по указанию препода­вателя). Замечания преподавателя стирать нельзя. При этом выполненная работа должна быть сдана на проверку вместе с не зачтенной. Повторное выполнение работы производится, как правило, в той же тетради, без переписывания правильно выполненной части задания.После получения проверенной контрольной работы следует изучить все поправки и замечания преподавателя и исправить ошибки, выполнив необходимые записи в виде дополнений на оставшихся чистых листах, которые следует озаглавить «Работа над ошибками».Контрольная работа не принимается на рецензию и возвращается студенту в следую­щих случаях:- если студент выполнил не свой вариант контрольной работы;- работа выполнена не самостоятельно;- если работа выполнена небрежно, неразборчивым почерком.К дифференцированному зачёту допускаются студенты, имеющие зачет по домашней контрольной работе.Варианты домашней контрольной работыВариант 1

Building constructionBuilding construction is an ancient human activity. Today it is a significant part of industrial culture, which can produce a widely varied environment to serve the diverse needs of society. Building engineering is a subject that offers the planning, design, construction, operation, renovation and maintenance of buildings with the surrounding environments. The discipline requires knowledge established for civil engineering for building structures and foundations, mechanical engineering for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system, lighting and acoustics, electrical engineering for power distribution and control, chemistry and biology for indoor air quality, economics for project management.Building engineering students are ideally trained in all phases of the life cycle of building, and learn to appreciate buildings as an advanced technological system requiring close integration of many sub-systems and their individual components. Technical problems are studied to improve the performance of the building in areas, such as energy efficiency, construction management,advanced building materials, earthquake resistance, wind effects on buildings, computer-aided design.The building engineering graduate may work as a consulting engineer, design engineer, project manager, construction manager, facility manager etc. The length of study is four years and the programme consists of basic engineering and sciences (technical drawing, engineeringmechanics,mechanics of materials, computer programming, analyses and design, soil mechanics building economics, construction management, environment and building service system.

Concrete is a most necessary material in modern architecture. This very old material was used by the ancient Romans. They knew the art of building huge concrete roofs supported only by walls, but this art was lost in the Middle Ages.And now concrete again plays an important part the history of architecture.Concrete is a mixture of a powder called cement, made from clay and chalk, water, sand and broken brick or gravel. When mixed and left for a time, this mass becomes as hard as stone.A concrete beam, like stone, can crack if heavily weighted, but we know a way – unknown to the ancient Romans – of strengthening concrete.Before pouring the mixture, one can place long steel rods or a steel mesh into the trough. We call this ferro – concrete, and we can mould it into any shape. Concrete is as plastic as clay, and it is much easier to get unusual shapes from concrete than from stone or brick. One can use concrete to model a building into different forms as readily as a child uses plasticine to do the same thing.
