One of the effective drugs for the symptomatic treatment of cystitis, which quickly eliminates unpleasant symptoms, normalizes the passage of urine, and also has an optimal price-quality ratio, is m-anticholinergic buscopan (hyoscine butylbromide). The drug has a local antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of the internal organs (gastrointestinal tract, biliary tract, urinary tract), reduces the secretion of the digestive glands. Its local antispasmodic effect is due to ganglioblocking and antimuscarinic activity. Being a quaternary ammonium derivative, hyoscine butyl bromide does not penetrate the blood-brain barrier, so there is no anticholinergic effect on the central nervous system. Due to its high affinity for muscarinic and nicotinic receptors, hyoscine butyl bromide is distributed mainly in the muscle cells of the abdominal and pelvic organs, as well as in the intramural ganglia of the abdominal organs. Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the following dosing regimen is recommended: adults and children over 6 years old: 1-2 tablets 3-5 times a day with water. The drug should not be used daily for >3 days without medical advice.
Discussion
Cystitis is divided into different stages, and each stage has its own symptoms. With a mild stage, a woman feels discomfort on average up to 5 hours, in this case, you can get by with the Ivan-tea drink, dress in warm clothes and do something pleasant - for example, watch a couple of films. There is one piece of advice - drink a liter of bottled water, in this case, the urethra will be rinsed with the accepted volume of liquid. In the daily diet it is worth drinking more water, we will be healthier. In the chronic stage - when a woman experiences pain and burning during urination, fever, a feeling of fullness of the bladder, and at the same time cystitis appears with a certain frequency - you should not self-medicate, and feel free to go to the doctor. Submit a jar of your own urine for analysis, after a certain time, medical experts will detect and identify the bacterium that contributed to the inflammation of the urinary canal. Bacteria that can cause inflammation in the female organ:
-
coli (80%); -
Staphylococcus aureus (15%); -
Other bacteria (5%).
