Аннотация.
Исходя из анализа десинхронозов, возникающих у представителей ряда профессий в условиях несовпадения генетически детерминированных циркадианных биоритмов с распределением плотности нагрузок в течение трудового дня, авторы обосновывают необходимость учета хронотипа человека при составлении индивидуального графика работы, а равно правовой регламентации данного аспекта.

Necessity for accounting circadian rhythms during
organization of human professional activity and in legal
regulation of labor regimes
Annotation. Based on the analysis of desynchronosis that occurs in representatives of a number of professions in the conditions of mismatch of genetically determined circadian biorhythms with distribution of load density during working day, the authors justify the need to take into account the chronotype of a person when drawing up an individual work schedule.
