интервью

. 

Такой

результат

возможен

, 

например

, 

у

пациентов

с

расстройствами

личности

, 

которые

ввиду

расколотых

объектных

представлений

испытывают

к

фигуре

привязанности

 (

объекту

) 

наряду

с

ярко

выраженным

чувством

ненависти

 (

раздражением

) 

сильные

идеалистические

эмоции

. 

В

результате

тестирования

с

помощью

AAI 

такие

пациенты

могут

оказаться

в

категории

, “

не

поддающейся

однозначной

классификации

”, 

которая

несет

, 

однако

, 

как

уже

было

упомянуто

выше

, 

негативные

коннотации

смысла

. 

Но

с

точки

зрения

научного

интереса

именно

такие

пациенты

представляют

наибольшую

ценность

для

дальнейшей

работы

, 

так

как

они

тяжелее

всего

поддаются

терапии

.

с

успехом

обосновали

свое

утверждение

о

том

, 

что

в

   

рамках

клинических

групп

психическую

декомпенсацию

следует

воспринимать

как

следствие

дезорганизованной

привязанности

. 

Следуя

этому

замечанию

в

дальнейшем

открываются

перспективы

для

формулировки

новых

вопросов

с

целью

выявления

клинически

релевантных

категорий

, 

выходящих

за

рамки

трех

классических

образцов

, 

включая

ортогональную

классификацию

не

переработанного

статуса

привязанности

”. 

Клинические

исследования

привязанности

развиваются

относительно

этой

проблемы

в

двух

направлениях

: 

должны

ли

они

привлекаться

в

качестве

вспомогательных

методик

для

изучения

и

объяснения

картин

различных

заболеваний

, 

или

применение

теоретических

конструктов

в

рамках

клинической

популяции

должно

содействовать

расширению

конструктов

и

парадигм

самой

теории

привязанности

? 

Однозначным

представляется

тот

факт

, 

что

возможности

интерпретации

с

точки

зрения

теории

привязанности

были

бы

весьма

ограничены

, 

если

бы

научный

интерес

исчерпывался

лишь

сбором

данных

о

частоте

возникновения

ненадежных

представлений

о

привязанности

в

различных

популяциях

. 

Работа

должна

вестись

и

в

направлении

исследования

сфер

функционирования

методов

и

конструктов

, 

а

также

обогащения

нацеленных

на

изучение

привязанности

у

здоровых

людей

моделей

новыми

клиническими

категориями
